[General]

• Ultimate Objective has been refreshed
  
• New character's can now use unlimited revives until Lv. 85
  
• You can now use up to 20 Sticky Bombs per battle
  
• Removed expirations of all Expedition Bundles Lv. 20 and higher
  
• XE quest now appears at Lv. 100 instead of Lv. 9
  

[Shops]

• Hero's Sealed Power exchange cost lowered from 200 -> 120
  

[Enchantment]

• Tails can now be enchanted with Starlight ES 
  
• Noble ES now grants 16 AGI & 18 WILL & removed existing penalties of -100 ATK & -100 M-ATK 
  

[Enhancement]

• Failing enhancements on Level 80 equipment from +10-12 now drops the equipment's enhancement rank by 1 level rather then resetting the enhancement rank to zero on failure
  
• Unstable Premium Enhancement Runes have been implemented
  
• Unstable Special Enhancement Runes have been implemented
  

[Recipes]

• Enzo can now craft Unstable Premium Enhancement Runes
  

[Drops]

• Niflheim raids on [Heroic] difficulty can now (rarely) drop a new Halloween pumpkin pattern 
  
• Unstable Premium Enhancement Runes are dropped by Lionotus, Siglint, Beokros, and Elchulus on [Hard] & [Heroic] difficulties
  
• Unstable Special Enhancement Runes are dropped by Bark No. 1, Juggernaut, Cromm Craiuch, Ulchas, and Druid on [80-90] difficulty
  
• Havan, Bark No. 1, Juggernaut, Ulchas, Panth, and Lavasat can now drop a Paradise Enhancement Stone on [80-90] difficulty
  
• Niflheim raids drop more valuable materials and less keys on [Heroic] difficulty
  
• Niflheim raids no longer drop EBPQ tickets
  
• Niflheim raids on [Heroic] can now drop various stat boosting scroll consumables
  

[Equipment]

• Lugh and Braha rings now give +1 Attack Speed
  
• Some accessories with Attack Speed will now gain +1 Attack Speed at 5* Quality
  
• Removed stats from all Avatar Shop cosmetic equips
  
• Mirage Pouch duration increased from 3 -> 5s
  
• Mirage Pouch fully restores stamina on activation
  
• Phoenix Feather Bundle duration lowered from 170 -> 60s
  
• Phoenix Feather Bundle now increases your max Critical Rate limit by 12 while its effect is active (in other words, crit cap is lifted from 50 -> 65)
  
• Fire Wisp Crystal duration increased from 10 -> 20s
  
• Fire Wisp Crystal now gives 9 Critical Damage while its effect is active
  

[Lynn]

• 50 Critical Damage moved from Wind Step to Zhen Furious Tiger
  
• Wind Step now grants 1.4x final damage while not consumed
